Job summary

Smoothie King in Texas is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee daily store operations, ensure policy compliance, and lead a team of Team Members and Team Leaders. You will be responsible for hiring, scheduling, and supervising staff while maintaining the brand’s standards for food preparation and customer service.

The role involves on-site management, inventory orders, and weekly reporting to the corporate office.

Qualifications

• Learn all franchise policies and ensure the store is following the policies.
• Learn all franchise procedures for making smoothies and food, and work on the line when necessary.
• Hire all employees.
• Supervise all employees, including Team Members and Team Leaders.
• Weekly financial reporting to the Smoothie King corporate office.
• Weekly employee schedules.
• Order food and supplies.
• Wear an "owner's hat" when running the store.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with franchise policies.
• Assist in safe food preparation and smoothie making per procedures.
• Hire, train, and supervise staff; manage schedules and duties.
• Prepare and submit weekly financial reports to corporate office.
• Order inventory and supplies as needed.
• Represent store leadership during operations as if you were an owner.
