StorageMart is actively seeking a Store Manager in Missouri to oversee daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver top-tier customer service. You will interact with customers by phone, in person, and via email while ensuring a clean, safe facility.

Requirements include a valid driver’s license, valid insurance, and basic computer skills; occasional travel between locations is expected to maintain consistent standards across sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or administrative tasks is a plus (training provided).
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities to address customer needs.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors and maintain grounds.

Responsabilités

• Oversee Store Operations: Collaborate to enhance business growth and maximize sales.
• Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Engage with customers via phone, in person, and email.
• Maintain Our Facility: Open, operate, and close the store; light maintenance and cleaning.
• Manage Accounts: Handle customer accounts, assist with setup, and oversee admin tasks.
• Travel Between Locations: Occasionally support other stores while maintaining standards across sites.
