Job summary

Dunkin'- AFCO Bakeries is seeking an Assistant Manager to direct the day-to-day restaurant operations in Windcrest, TX. You will hire and supervise staff, drive store profitability, and ensure guest satisfaction consistent with the Dunkin brand.

You’ll lead a team, train employees, and uphold all legal and company standards while managing financial performance and guest service excellence. This role offers growth within the franchise network.

Qualifications

• Previous managerial experience preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Works well under pressure and is able to multi-task.
• Financial literacy and analytical/problem solving skills.
• Access to a vehicle and a valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Direct the overall operation of the restaurant.
