Responsibilities

• Answering the phone or assisting carryout customers in a polite and courteous manner while being helpful and knowledgeable of our menu.
• Maintain a professional image according to Domino’s standards.
• Demonstrate customer WOW steps: apologize, give them what they want, and add something extra.
• Ensure accurate topping counts and order verification for every order.
• Do not clear pizzas before they are ready for the oven.
• Maintain appropriate cash handling practices and coin change for deliveries.
• Communicate change politely and clearly to customers on every order.
• Refrain from carrying more than $20 of personal money while on duty.
• No pocket knives or weapons are allowed while working.
• Keep delivery vehicles clean and presentable and maintain positive image.
• Avoid routing or early check-ins for drivers; ensure proper scheduling.
• Pizza makers must wash hands before making products and follow proper procedures.
• Only the approved procedures for products should be used.
• All orders should be repeated for accuracy and name/address confirmed.
• Responsible for results in assigned stores and meeting food, labor, and service goals.
• Participate in monthly P&L reviews with direct supervisor.
• Expect a minimum 50-hour work week with 1 day off and 1 on-call day.
• Ensure stores meet or exceed minimum TIPS and Domino’s standards.
• Ensure stores are staffed adequately and training is conducted for all team members.
• Maintain repair and maintenance across stores as required.
• Assist with the seamless rollout of new products or ideas.
• Strive for stores to operate at a minimum 4-star level.
• Perform self OERs in the first week of each period and implement corrections as needed.
• Complete evaluations and raises in a timely manner with proper paperwork and notifications.
• Ensure all reports and store paperwork are complete and accurate.
