• Prepare product and receive/process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for everything during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
• Set the example and follow all policies 100% of the time, enforcing them with the crew.
• Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, and scheduling to maintain a perfect image.
• Maintain great customer service, attendance and punctuality, transportation to/from work, and store cleanliness.
