This position plays a critical role in validating day‐to‐day operational work and maintaining accuracy, compliance, and operational standards across the store. The role is primarily execution‐focused, with accountability for standardized operational work, inventory integrity, and adherence to established processes. Through consistent application of Standard Work across warehouse coordination, pricing accuracy, and operational reporting, the Store Operations Lead supports brand standards, operational efficiency, and sales performance through reliable, high‐quality execution and service excellence.## Position Description**Essential Duties and Responsibilities** include the following. Pay will be determined by several factors, including, but not limited to: applicant's education, relevant work experience, knowledge, applicable and relevant skills and abilities, market demand, Company budget, as well as internal equity and alignment with geographic market data.
