• Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, scheduling, store cleanliness, and profitability.
• Excellent customer service and punctual attendance are required.

Responsibilities

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
• Prepare product and receive/process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility daily.
• Training provided on the job.
