Qualifications

• Experience in retail or food service management including running shifts and store operations.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate team members.
• Excellent customer service and positive attitude.
• Cash handling and basic math skills.
• Problem-solving and decisiveness in fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in dynamic setting.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Experience with POS systems (preferred).
