• Operating all equipment
• Stocking ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler
• Preparing products
• Receiving and processing telephone and walk-up customer orders
• Cleaning equipment and facility continuously
• Delivering product by car and then to the door of the customer
• Maintaining food and product accuracy and inventory accountability
• Maintaining labor accountability and employee productivity
• Handling all cash and ensuring accuracy
• Coaching and training all employees in all areas
• Maintaining a clean and professionally run store
