Qualifications

• Communicate with customers, standing and maneuvering on sales floor and stockroom.

Responsibilities

• Supports the store manager in managing sales and operations.
• Prepares weekly schedules to ensure proper floor coverage.
• Supervises associates engaged in sales and customer service.
• Trains associates on visual merchandising techniques.
• Monitors associate sales activities and productivity.
