Job summary

Qualifications

• Preferred Qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by training, coaching, and providing feedback.
• Oversees store operations, merchandising, and customer service to meet business targets.
• Manages budgeting, forecasting, and expense control for the designated store area.
• Drives sales, analyzes PL statements, and implements action plans to achieve profit goals.
• Supports associates through hiring, training, mentoring, and performance management.
