Responsibilities include regular P&L reviews with a supervisor, budget adherence, and ensuring food, labor and service goals are met. A demanding schedule features a minimum 50-hour week with set off and on-call days.

• Proven ability to answer the phone or assist carryout customers politely and knowledgeably of the menu.
• Ability to maintain perfect image according to standard.

Responsibilities

• Answering the phone or assisting carryout customers in a polite and courteous manner while being helpful and knowledgeable of our menu.
• Ensure pizzas are not cleared before they are ready to place in the oven.
• Inventory checks performed on each store each month.
• P&L review with direct supervisor each month.
• Maintain store budgets and ensure targets for food, labor and service are within goals.
