Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to own and execute in-store tasks from planograms to price changes. You will interact with customers and teammates to deliver legendary service while maintaining signage and product presentation.

Responsibilities include planograms, merchandise assembly, price updates, and signage maintenance, with a focus on safety and efficient task completion across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have prior retail or merchandising experience.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• As part of FAST, perform start-to-finish tasks like planograms and fixtures.
• Execute store price changes accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage (Circulars, Price Cuts, Managers’ Specials).
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and on time.
• Provide legendary customer service and assist customers in-store.
