Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead SOP adherence and company programs.
• Experience with store operations such as truck processing, stock replenishment, and visual standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and program compliance.
• Ensure execution of policies and standards and accountability.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain service standards.
• Lead truck processing and merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Maintain in-stock levels via SISO routines and replenishment accuracy.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Support a clean, organized, and customer-ready store environment.
• Manage inventory control and stock movement.
• Execute promotional ad sets and accurate pricing changes.
• Oversee Ship-from-Store fulfillment and accurate receiving processes.
• Handle RTVs and ASN documentation and adjustments.
• Manage shrink reduction and asset protection practices.
• Train and develop team members and onboard new staff.
