Job summary

Michaels in Greensboro, NC seeks a Merchandise Manager to drive merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards. You will ensure accurate pricing and timely promotional execution while maintaining a customer-ready store environment.

Lead a team, manage SOP adherence, truck and in-store flows, and in-stock levels through SISO routines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead store operations and merchandising initiatives.
• Strong workload planning and inventory management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead truck execution processes and ensure timely unloading and flow of merchandise to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Oversee Planogram (POG) execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Manage inventory control, pricing changes, and backroom organization.
• Train, coach, and develop team members and ensure adherence to SOPs.
