Job summary

Soma is seeking a Store Manager in Woodbury, MN to lead a high-performing team and deliver a best-in-class customer experience. You’ll drive sales, coach associates, and manage store operations with accountability for budgets and payroll.

You’ll hire and develop talent, maintain visual standards, and build community connections through events and philanthropy, all while upholding brand standards and policies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail management experience required; 2 of those years in a Store Manager position.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, holidays.

About The Role

As Store Manager, you lead the team, build community connections, and shape a seamless customer experience. As Store Manager, you'll make an impact by boldly leading and elevating the customer experience.

You'll bring to the role

• Passion for our brand, fashion, and empowering confidence.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 5+ years of retail management experience required; 2 of those years in a Store Manager position.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, holidays.
