Job summary

Sea Bags in Westport, CT, is seeking a Full-Time Seasonal Store Manager to lead our new store. You’ll provide exceptional service, share the Sea Bags story, and manage daily operations with a focus on sales and brand standards.

The role emphasizes team leadership, product knowledge, and a welcoming shopping experience in a small-store setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Comfort using a POS system and an iPad for transactions.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Availability to work flexible shifts including longer shifts when needed.
• Previous store management or leadership experience is a plus.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including occasional longer shifts based on business needs.
