Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years prior retail management experience is preferred.
• Experience with hardlines or variety merchandise is preferred.
• Strong productivity management in freight processing is required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment is required.
• Must be able to lift up between 30 to 50 lbs. and meet physical demands.
