Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores is seeking a Store Manager in Training to learn how to manage profitable operations, merchandising, and store signage while creating an inviting atmosphere for customers. You will recruit, train, and lead associates to deliver excellent service and strong results.

You will oversee daily operations, implement corporate direction, and work in a high-energy environment. This program offers growth toward a full store management role with a quarterly bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years prior retail management experience is preferred.
• Experience with hardlines or variety merchandise; BIG BOX experience a plus is preferred.
• Strong productivity management in freight processing is required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment is required.
• Must be able to lift up between 30 to 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation is required.

Your Role at Dollar Tree:
