Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. is seeking a store leadership role in Marietta, GA to recruit and develop a team, oversee daily operations, and implement corporate directions at the store level.

You will ensure compliance with laws and policies, manage opening/closing, and drive profitability while protecting assets and delivering strong service to customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years prior retail management experience is preferred.
• Experience with hardlines or variety merchandise; BIG BOX experience a plus is preferred.
• Strong productivity management in freight processing is required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment is required.
• Must be able to lift 30 to 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.

Your Role at Dollar Tree:

Your Skills and Experience:
