Estée Lauder Companies in the United States (Florida) is seeking a dynamic Store/Retail/Counter Manager to lead and coach a team of Sales Associates to hit sales, service and operational targets. You'll be responsible for recruiting and retaining customers through strategic targeting, in-store events and strong customer relationship management.

• Proven retail management/assistant retail management experience preferably within cosmetics
• The ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
• Previous business planning experience including setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis and staff scheduling
• Previous retail operations experience including inventory and facilities management and cash reconciliation
• Proven track record of leading a team to achieve sales and customer service targets
• Experience of creating and executing in-store events
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast paced work environment
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
• Proficient in Microsoft office

Pay Range

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $53,100.00 to $73,400.00. Exact hourly rate depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Hourly range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program.
