Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC, Muskegon, MI, is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive performance, and coach a team of 8–15 across all shifts. You will own store outcomes and uphold high standards of service, safety, and cash handling.

Qualifications

• Retail or food management experience preferred.
• Lead by example in all aspects of store operations including cleaning, upselling, and frontline service.
• Strong communication, integrity, and decisiveness.
• Minimum age requirement: 21+.
• Food Safety Certification required or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of store operations, team, and performance.

• Perform duties of store staff including registering, stocking, upselling, cleaning, and upkeep of facilities.
• Coach team to deliver excellent service and upsell promotions and key items.
• Recruit, hire, and train new team members.
• Manage inventory, vendor orders, deliveries, and merchandising.
• Handle banking and cash deposits with valid license, vehicle and insurance.
• Maintain high standards for safety, cleanliness, food safety and customer satisfaction.
• Control expenses and labor hours while achieving store sales goals.
• Execute all company programs and marketing initiatives.
• Be willing to take on cross-training and manage deli or QSR operations when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of your store's operations, team, and performance.
• Lead and inspire a team of 8-15 employees across all shifts.

Compensation & Benefits Disclosure

The pay ra nge listed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum rate for the position. Actual starting pay will vary based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, and the shift for which the candidate is hired.

This Store Manager role is an hourly position requiring a minimum of 52 hours per week; the annual compensation reflects a base hourly wage for 40 hours and overtime pay for all hours worked beyond 40 each week
