Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC seeks a Store Manager for Store 5393 in Muncie, IN to lead operations and drive store performance. You will manage a team of 8–15 across all shifts and must be available for any shift, including evenings and weekends.

The role is hourly with a minimum of 52 hours weekly; benefits include weekly pay, and a $1500 sign-on bonus after six months. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of store operations, team, and performance.
• Lead and inspire a team of 8-15 employees across all shifts.
• Be the go-to person for coverage and be available for any shift, including evenings and weekends.
• Perform all duties of store employees including running the register, stocking, upselling, cleaning restrooms, and maintaining the lot and fuel pumps.
• Coach team members to deliver excellent service and upsell promotions and key items.
• Recruit, hire, and train new team members.
• Manage inventory, vendor orders, deliveries, and merchandising.
• Handle banking and cash deposits; must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance.
• Maintain high standards for safety, cleanliness, food safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Control expenses and labor hours while achieving store sales goals.
• Execute all company programs and marketing initiatives.
• Be willing to cross-train and step in to manage deli or QSR operations when necessary.

Compensation & Benefits Disclosure

The pay range listed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum rate for the position. Actual starting pay will vary based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, and the shift for which the candidate is hired.

This Store Manager role is an hourly position requiring a minimum of 52 hours per week; the annual compensation reflects a base hourly wage for 40 hours and overtime pay for all hours worked beyond 40 each week
