GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, motivate a team of 8–15 associates, and drive performance across all shifts. You will be responsible for inventory, cash handling, customer service, and executing promotions with a hands-on, example-driven leadership style.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own store operations, team, and performance.
• Lead and inspire a team of 8-15 employees across all shifts.
• Cover shifts when needed, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• Run the register, stock, upsell, clean facilities, and maintain lot and pumps.
• Coach staff to deliver excellent service and promote promotions.
• Recruit, hire, and train new team members with focus on growth and teamwork.
• Manage inventory, vendor orders, deliveries, and merchandising.
• Handle banking and deposits with required driver’s license and insurance.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
• Control expenses and labor hours while meeting sales goals.
• Execute company programs and marketing initiatives.
• Be ready to cross-train or manage deli/QSR operations when necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Do

• Take full ownership of your store's operations, team, and performance.
• Lead and inspire a team of 8-15 employees across all shifts.
• Be the go-to person when coverage is needed—you’ll typically work days but must be available for any shift, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• Perform all duties of store employees including running the register, stocking, upselling, cleaning restrooms, and maintaining the lot and fuel pumps.
• Coach team members to deliver excellent service and actively upsell promotions and key items.
• Recruit, hire, and train new team members, focusing on growth, accountability, and teamwork.
• Manage inventory, vendor orders, deliveries, and merchandising.
• Handle all banking and cash deposits—must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance.
• Maintain high standards for safety, cleanliness, food safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Control expenses and labor hours while achieving store sales goals.
• Execute all company programs and marketing initiatives.
• Be willing to take on anything the store needs—including cross-training and stepping in to manage deli or QSR operations when necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.

Compensation & Benefits Disclosure

The pay range listed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum rate for the position. Actual starting pay will vary based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, and the shift for which the candidate is hired.

This Store Manager role is a salary position requiring a minimum of 45 hours per week.
