GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a Store Manager in Tennessee to lead daily operations, mentor a team of 8–15, and drive store performance. You’ll be hands-on, often covering shifts, operating the register, stocking, upselling, and maintaining safety and cleanliness.

The role demands strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to recruit and train staff while managing inventory, vendor orders, and merchandising. A driver’s license and reliable transport are required.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old minimum.
• Tennessee Topshelf Manager Training completion.
• Food Safety Certification (current or able to obtain).
• Valid driver’s license, access to a personal vehicle, and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of store operations, team, and performance.
• Lead and inspire a team of 8-15 employees across all shifts.
• Be the go-to person for coverage; work days with availability for evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• Run the register, stock, upsell, clean facilities, and manage lots and fuel pumps.
• Coach team members to deliver excellent service and upsell promotions and items.
• Recruit, hire, and train new team members focusing on growth and teamwork.
• Manage inventory, vendor orders, deliveries, and merchandising.
• Handle banking and cash deposits; require valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, food safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Control expenses and labor hours while achieving sales goals.
• Execute company programs and marketing initiatives.
• Cross-train and assist deli or QSR operations as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain high standards for safety, cleanliness, food safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Control expenses and labor hours while achieving store sales goals.
• Execute all company programs and marketing initiatives.
• Be willing to take on anything the store needs—including cross-training and stepping in to manage deli or QSR operations when necessary.

• Pay Rate$42k-$51,932/Yr. Full Time Open Availability All Shifts
• Open availability with the ability to work any shift as needed, especially to cover unexpected call-outs.
• A valid driver’s license, access to a personal vehicle, and proof of insurance (required for bank deposits).
• Retail or food management experience preferred.
• Willingness to lead by example in all aspects of store operations, including cleaning, upselling, and frontline service.
• Strong communication skills, integrity, and decisiveness.
• Minimum age requirement 21+ years old
• In Tennessee, must complete Topshelf Manager Training
• Certification Must have (or be able to obtain obtain) a Food Safety Certification

Compensation & Benefits Disclosure

The pay range listed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum rate for the position. Actual starting pay will vary based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, and the shift for which the candidate is hired.

This Store Manager role is an hourly position requiring a minimum of 52 hours per week; the annual compensation reflects a base hourly wage for 40 hours and overtime pay for all hours worked beyond 40 each week
