Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a Store Manager for an E-Z Mart location in the Charleston, MS area. Lead daily store operations, motivate a team of 8–15, manage inventory and banking, and drive sales while delivering outstanding customer service.

The role requires open availability across shifts, a valid driver's license, and a Food Safety Certification. Competitive hourly pay with bonuses and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Open availability to work any shift as needed, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver's license, access to a personal vehicle, and proof of insurance (for bank deposits).
• Retail or food management experience preferred.
• Willingness to lead by example in all store operations, including cleaning, upselling, and frontline service.
• Strong communication skills, integrity, and decisiveness.
• Minimum age 21+ years old.
• Certification: Must have (or be able to obtain) a Food Safety Certification.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of store operations, team, and performance.

• Run the register, stock, upsell, clean facilities, and maintain pumps and lot.
• Coach team members to deliver excellent service and upsell promotions.

• Manage inventory, vendor orders, deliveries, and merchandising.
• Handle banking and cash deposits; maintain valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Maintain high standards for safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
• Control expenses and labor hours while achieving sales goals.
• Execute company programs and marketing initiatives.
• Be willing to cover deli or QSR operations when necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits Disclosure

The pay range listed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum rate for the position. Actual starting pay will vary based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, and the shift for which the candidate is hired.

This Store Manager role is an hourly position requiring a minimum of 50 hours per week; the annual compensation reflects a base hourly wage for 40 hours and overtime pay for all hours worked beyond 40 each week
