Job Responsibilities

1. Oversee and be accountable for the total operation of the store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability.
2. Establish and maintain guest services.
3. Control expenses, manage shrink, merchandising, and inventory.
4. Handle staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown of the seasonal store.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 21.
• Flexible schedule.
• Physical ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours, climb ladders, set up fixtures, and lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Prior retail management experience required.
