Job summary

Spirit Halloween is seeking a Store Manager to oversee the total operation of a store, drive maximum sales and profitability, and maintain Guest Services while controlling expenses.

The role requires prior retail management experience, the ability to manage a 8+ hour standing/walking shift, lift up to 50 pounds, and work a flexible schedule. Expect duties including shrink control and seasonal store setup/teardown.

• The minimum age requirement is 21 and must have a flexible schedule.
• The physical demands include 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
