SmartStop® Self Storage in Lake Worth, FL is seeking an Assistant Store Manager (Store #6051) with no nights to oversee leasing, supervise a team, and maintain excellent tenant relations.

The role includes handling rental agreements, transactions, and on-site maintenance while driving customer satisfaction and upselling storage solutions. A valid driver’s license and reliability are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and sales in a retail or storage setting.
• Ability to manage a team and assist with maintenance.
• Background check and valid driver’s license required.

Responsabilités

• Prepare rental agreements.
• Handle monetary transactions and banking activities.
• Clean vacated units and perform general cleaning of the property.
• Promote and sell self-storage solutions to potential customers.
• Light maintenance.
• Maintain a working knowledge of all products and services.
• The position requires a background check.
• Other duties as assigned by the Company.
