Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. is seeking an experienced Store Manager in Jacksonville, FL to lead our vibrant beauty environment. • Experience in operational, financial and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required.

Your role as a Store Manager:

• Manage customer experience by ensuring each visit is memorable and tailored to their hair and beauty needs.
• Oversee all store operations, meeting or exceeding sales goals, maintaining budgets, controlling expenses, driving sales growth, and managing inventory.
• Protect customers, associates, and store assets by enforcing safety and security rules, procedures, and company policies.
• Maintain visual standards so the store always looks its best.

Requirements:

Qualifications to be a Store Manager:

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of prior sales management experience.

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:

The position requires some physical exertion such as long periods of standing, walking, recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities; recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes. The position involves working around moving parts, carts, or machines, and may occasionally include exposure to irritant chemicals.
