Job summary

Spirit Halloween is seeking a Store Manager in Georgia to oversee the total operation of a seasonal store and drive sales and profitability. You will ensure exceptional guest services, manage shrink, inventory, staffing, and the setup/teardown of the seasonal space.

The role requires prior retail management experience, a minimum age of 21, and a flexible schedule. Expect 8+ hours of standing/walking, possible ladder work, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
