Job summary

Pandora is seeking a Store Manager in Wisconsin to lead our store team, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and drive sales on the floor. You will coach an Assistant Store Manager, Sales Leads and Sales Associates, while partnering with HR on performance and hiring.

You will embody Pandora's brand, ensure visual merchandising standards, manage daily operations, scheduling, training and KPI achievement, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Store Manager experience in a high‑performance selling environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• Talent magnet with recruiting, retention and team development capabilities.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and retail POS systems.

• Utilize your brilliance across talent, brand, operations, and fan experience, guaranteeing the timely implementation of visual merchandising directives, efficient operational processes, and continuous talent development.
