Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexible schedule to cover opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Ability to hire, train, and lead associates towards financial goals.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences and achievement of financial goals.
• Participate in leadership training and progression along the GM development path.
