Job summary

Pete's of Erie INC stores require a Store Manager to oversee all store and foodservice operations and ensure the Pete's Mission is executed effectively and profitably.

Qualifications

• Store managers are responsible for all store and foodservice operations.
• Must ensure effective, efficient, and profitable execution of the Pete's Mission.
• Responsibilities include customer service, operations, employee staffing, employee relations and training, foodservice and merchandising.
• Store managers should be people oriented, self-motivated, with strong leadership and interpersonal skills, and be flexible and customer focused.
• Previous people management experience is required; experience in fast food, restaurant, retail or convenience operations is desirable.
