Lane Bryant is seeking a Store Manager for the Meyerland Plaza location in Houston, TX. You will lead the store team, serve customers, and drive sales growth while coaching to develop a high-performing team.

This role focuses on delivering inclusive, exceptional customer experiences and upholding brand standards. The role requires 1–3 years of specialty retail experience and prior management experience, with flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Ensure compliance with brand standards, merchandising, asset protection, and store procedures.
• Engage with customers on the sales floor to understand needs and support their shopping experiences.
• Collaborate with associates on merchandising, stocking the sales floor, and maintaining a clean, well-presented store.

Store Managers are responsible for increasing store business results while coaching and developing their team to create exceptional customer experiences. • Partner with store leaders to hire and develop a high-performing team.
• Create positive associate experiences through recognition, coaching, and professional development.
• Promote community involvement by supporting in-store events and philanthropic initiatives.
