The Store Manager is responsible for representing the brand by embodying the rag & bone culture, customer experience, and lifestyle. They manage the operational execution of the store, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving profitable top‑line sales growth. In addition, they coach and develop all associates and managers while creating an environment in which all team members can collaborate to consistently deliver best‑in‑class customer experiences.
The target salary for this role is between $110,000 and $120,000 based on candidates’ experience and expectations.
