Compensation for this role ranges from $59,100.00 - $98,500.00 annually, varying with experience and qualifications. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on several factors. However, LS&Co pays at least the local, state or federal minimum wage, whichever is higher. The amount a particular employee will earn within the wage range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, seniority, store location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business needs.
