Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group Inc. is looking for an experienced Store Manager in Midland, Texas. In this role, you will lead store operations, manage hiring and direct associates to meet financial goals while ensuring exceptional guest experiences. You will receive extensive leadership training and support from the Panda community.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, flexibility to work within a 50-mile radius, and be Serve Safe certified. Growth opportunities into management and various benefits such as medical insurance, paid time off, and career development are provided.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have effective verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
• Ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations of a single store including hiring and directing associates.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Conduct store leadership training for at least 8 weeks.
