• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store and drive financial and guest experience goals.
• Hire, train, and supervise associates to deliver exceptional service and store performance.
• Lead and mentor the store team through an 8+ week leadership training program and ongoing development.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and food safety standards.
