Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single store.
• Manage hiring and direct associates to achieve financial goals.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in 8 or more weeks of store leadership training.
