Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move within a radius of 50 miles.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including openings, closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and drive guest satisfaction to meet financial goals.
• Hire, train, and supervise store associates.
• Lead the 8+ week leadership training program and develop team capabilities.
• Ensure food safety and quality standards are maintained.
