Panda Restaurant Group is seeking capable leaders to join our store management team in Cedar City, UT. You will oversee the day-to-day store operations, hire and guide staff, and drive financial results while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in an eight+ week leadership training program and ongoing development.
