Job summary

You will participate in Panda's leadership training program designed to prepare you for advancement along the General Manager development path, with 12+ weeks of leadership training and a GM certification track.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and staff management to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Hire, train, and direct associates while maintaining Panda's standards and culture.
