Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 1–2 years of retail work experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff for CSR/LSR/SA roles.
• Ability to use a computer for reports, inventory and cash control.
• A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Food Server certificate or ServSafe may be required.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise 2+ full-time employees including Assistant Managers and CSRs.
• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Manage tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, organized and well-kept.
• Schedule employees to maximize customer service and store image.
• Maintain professional image with subordinates and management.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints.
• Ensure timely training on safety procedures and cash handling.
