Job summary

Circle K in Pasco, WA is seeking a full-time Store Supervisor to lead a small team and uphold store standards at 2601 W Court St, Pasco, WA 99301. You will recruit, train, schedule and coach staff to deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a clean, well-stocked store and a positive public image.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 1 to 2 years of retail work experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment, tools and materials used in CSR/LSR/SA job descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage functions listed in CSR/LSR/SA descriptions.
• Ability to use computer and analyze reports, inventory and cash control.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
• Open availability and ability to work various shifts.
• Ability to communicate (oral and written) in English.
• Ability to perform essential duties and physical functions as described.
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle.
• Willingness to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises 2+ full-time employees (Assistant Manager, Lead CSR, CSR).
• Recruits, hires and trains staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Manages tasks to keep store clean, stocked, organized and well-kept.
• Maintains professional image and schedules employees to meet business needs.
• Handles safety, cash handling, and training in accordance with company standards.
• Develops relationships with suppliers and resolves customer complaints.
• Ensures regular onsite attendance and promotes a safe store environment.
• Prepares performance feedback and conducts periodic reviews in Workday.
