• Networks, recruits, hires to staffing needs and trains using onboarding tools.
• Inspires team growth through development plans.
• Creates an inspiring environment reflecting the brand integrity.
• Maintains brand standards and impeccable execution of policies and procedures.
• Communicates promotions, contests, and incentives to the team.
