The TJX Companies, Inc. – HomeGoods in Coon Rapids, MN is seeking a Store Manager who will lead a large team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales, manage expenses, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced, high-volume store.

You will recruit, train, and develop Associates and Assistant Managers, implement creative sales plans, monitor KPIs, and ensure compliance with loss prevention and safety policies while fostering an inclusive, results-driven culture.

Formación

• 3-5 years retail experience as Store or District Manager in high-volume environments.
• Proven ability to manage, develop, and motivate a large team.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and follow-through skills.
• Leadership focused on collaboration, problem-solving, and empowering diverse teams.
• Comprehensive knowledge of store operations, customer service, merchandising, people management, health and safety, and loss prevention.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all aspects of store operations to boost sales, control expenses, and minimize shrink and damages.
• Recruit, train, develop, and manage a large team of Associates and Assistant Managers.
• Develop and implement plans to increase store sales and provide insights on merchandise mix and pricing.
• Focus staff on Loss Prevention priorities and ensure compliance with programs, procedures, and policies.
• Ensure excellent customer service and merchandise presentation with clear action plans.
