External hires begin as Store Managers on a General Manager development path, with 12+ weeks of training and a pathway to GM upon graduation and evaluations. Panda offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
