Job summary

Lucky Brand is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and drive sales and profitability.

You will hire, train, and develop associates, manage store operations, and partner with the district to meet objectives. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years as a Store Manager in a similar volume apparel business.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales and metrics.
  • Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
  • Occasional travel to other store locations and district meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Use data and market knowledge to develop action plans that meet financial, customer-service, and operational goals.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge, selling and operational skills to maximize sales.
  • Engage with customers to build relationships to brand loyalty using company tools.
  • Attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Motivate and engage teams by leveraging individual strengths.
  • Provide feedback to improve performance and develop team members.
  • Communicate clear expectations and hold the team accountable.
  • Oversee merchandising, store standards, and cost control to increase profitability.
