Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Buford, GA. You will oversee a single store’s operations, hire and develop teammates, and drive guest satisfaction while meeting financial goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and drive financial performance.
• Hire, train, and supervise associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Oversee daily store activities and ensure compliance with Panda standards.
